I'm starting over NOW, with the next meal." Or heck, in the middle of the current binge you can just STOP and say THAT's IT, enough. But when you feel sick or the kids or sick or you're stressed, sometimes you just need to loosen up and give yourself a break. <BR/><BR/>Get healthy and get strong and your food will be strong, too.
