Its Monday morning... for some reason that always depresses me, whether I'm working or not! LOL I have a million things to do around the house, and at the same time I am dieing to take the girls out for a bike ride. The weather has cooled down a bit, but not much. It is our monsoon season, yet we've only had one day of rain.. and it wasn't all that much either. Very sad.
Yesterday was great.. finding that I had lost 5 pounds last week gave me a little bit of jazz in my step. I even stayed up a little late last night just so I could get a workout in. I desperately need to work my abs...if anyone has any great ab workouts... let me know!! I did 300 crunches... some straight legged, some not.... some to the left, some to the right... I even did the twist!! (The twist: squat down, put your arms up in front of you like your going to fight, then twist your upper body to the left and right squeezing your abs while you do it. Keep your head facing forward and don't move your hips. This is supposed to reduce your waist line!)
Today I am planning on the bike ride, house cleaning and then work tonight... oh... and finding my focus for another successful week!
