Just a quick note to say... I ate cake. **bleh** Actually it was really yummy.. but to make up for it I wogged 2.57 miles this morning and started me upper body weight regimen. Hopefully this will keep me from having a gain tomorrow.. but we'll see. Today is Thanksgiving dinner at FIL's... I am sticking to Turkey and salad..period!

It looks like you've been making steady progress. It sounds like you're gearing up for a self disciplined Thanksgiving. I'd never seen the term "wogging" before. At first I thought it was a typo, then realized that it combines walking + jogging. This seems like better exercise than walking without the impact to your bones caused by jogging.
