Manic Monday, Day 5 P90X

Today is the start of my challenge. Which basically means that I will be walking...a lot!

Yesterday was a nice Easter Sunday. Hubby and I had my family over for a BBQ and egg hunt. I got s-u-n-b-u-r-n-t.... and I wore a dress. Yes, a dress. I never wear a dress (except to formal things like weddings). But, I found this little red dress at Wally World for $5 and couldn't pass it up. It's a size Large.. which is a nice bonus! It was still a little cold so I had the black sweater on...but it warmed up later on!

This picture was taken while I was getting the girls table ready for lunch!

Hubby and I enjoying the sun.(Can you see the deer behind hubby's shoulder?)

The Girls looking for eggs!

Yesterday was also Day 4 of P90X. It was Yoga day. I cannot believe how these simple moves made me sweat and hurt. Yoga is not for sissy's! In fact, I could not finish the entire workout. I made it through 40 minutes of the hour and a half workout. So my goal for next Sunday is to get a little farther.

Today's Plan:

P90X Leg's & Back, Ab Ripper X
Walk, Walk, Walk
Belly Dancing- canceled...(school closed for Easter)

Focus: Water, Vitamins, Walking and Calories

Yesterdays food was WAY off... I ate healthy....but the chocolate thru me off! Dang it!

I want to know where you find all this time to workout. I know that you are a stay at home mom but you have two girls to chase after - how do you do it????

Also your 18 week photo looks great - I see a six pack on you!!!

If you can get past the strength part of Yoga, it changes to balance. Not easy for me but it works different muscles and feels like a fresh start.
