Monday

Mornin' ya'll... hope everyone had a lovely weekend. Time went by too fast for me.. .but it was a great weekend. Stuck to the calorie counting...writing what I was biting... and drinking a ton of water!

Today I have a TON of laundry to do... and somehow the girls go into my closet yesterday and managed to pull ALL the clothes out onto the floor and off the hangers... so it looks like I will be in there most of the day... might be a good time to clean out the closet again!! LOL

I worked out last night with the Tae Bo Ultimate and my arms are little sore this morning. I havent been using the bands that they use in the video becuase one or both of my daughters managed to chew them in half... but I have been using 3 lbs weights.. and whooooooooooooo does is hurt! But its a good hurt ... LOL

I am hoping to get another workout this morning.. but I might have to go with the lower body one today!

I know a bunch of you have weigh in today.. I wish you friendly scales and a beautiful day!!

good idea to add the 3lb weights to replace the bands - bet that gave your workout a real boost!
Your arms will be good and sore between the workout and lifting all that laundry! Have a good day!

Wow! 3 lb weights would totally work out your arms! But at least it's a good soreness!

Well, seeing as how you whipped that refrigerator into shape, I'm sure your closet will be no problem to clean up, haha! I'm glad to hear that you stuck to your calorie counting this weekend. Weekends always seem a little harder than weekdays for me. I hope you reach your goal by the wedding! Well, I'm sure you will...

Sounds like you had a GREAT weekend! Good job. You must have been so excited to be able to wear your wedding rings again. That reminds me to celebrate the little victories along the way...

What are feeding those kids of yours? LOL!!! GREAT job using the weights instead! My legs are like dead weight today after a gazillion lunges! Every stinkin' workout video I have makes you do lunges. I better get JLo's butt when I'm at goal! LOL!
