*******UPDATE*****

All right Everyone.... I did it!! I cleaned out my refridgerator!! So here it is....

Good work, Tigerlilly! The fridge always seems to accumulate the most random things that stay and stay and stay... This gives you a fresh start to pack it full of healthy things!

I'm glad you visited FitDay.com (I mentioned it in my blog yesterday)! It really helps me focus and get a grip on how many calories are in the foods I'm eating. It's hard to estimate sometimes, and we tend to go a little easy on ourselves... ;)
