Yep, hang in there. You'll start to notice a pattern, if you haven't already, in losses & gains. I would lose for 2 or 3 weeks, then gain, then would lose for 2 or 3 weeks, then would gain. I seemed to gain around when I ovulated and again right before my period. You are doing great and just need to keep doing what you're doing. It may not happen as fast as you want, but as long as you keep moving forward, it WILL happen!

Hope Forza gets there quickity quick. That looks fun! And you are so right about the 80/20 nutrition/exercise. You can work out all you want and if you eat like crap, you can't lose it.
